• When you make a room reservation direct to the resort (by calling us toll freeor booking on this website), you will receive a complimentary car on a minimum 4 night stay through our partnership with Grace Bay Car Rentals.
• Insurance or upgrades are not included and is the responsibility of guests. All questions regarding information and/or rates for insurance, must be done directly with Grace Bay Car Rentals at info@gracebaycarrentals.com or by calling 1-649-941-8500 or when picking up your car at the airport.
• Complimentary car offer;may not be available on short notice (two weeks or less) bookings during peak season so please inquire with the resort directly for further information
• Must be a minimum 25 years age to book due to insurance requirements

Rate Notes:

• Subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge
• Check in time is 4 pm and Check out time is 11 am
• Extra Person charge of $25 US per person per night
• Children 12 and under stay for free with paid adults
• Cancellations within 14 days are subject to loss of deposit. Balance is due on date of check out
• For the period December 22 to January 2, 2012, 50% deposit is refundable if written cancellation is received prior to November 1. Balance is due November 1, 2011 and any cancellations received after November 1 will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge (entire value of booking) Northwest Point Resort strongly recommends travel insurance to cover for weather delays, airline cancellations or any other unforeseen circumstances
